Data Conservation
The data we collect will be processed in the USA, in accordance with USA law. The data will also be conserved in Italy through illycaffè Italy S.p.A. (representative and Data Processor for security measures) that delegates for application security measures Accenture S.p.A.
Accenture S.p.A. conserves data in the server located in "Accenture OutSourcing - Street 4, building Q1, Milano Fiori - 20089 Rozzano (MI) Italy.
These societies will not process the data. They will simply conserve the data in accordance with Italian law (d.lgs 196/03-personal data protection code) and they will not communicate the data to a third party (with the exception of eventual obligatory communications in accordance with law).
